Once the application process has started and payment has been taken refunds will not be issued regardless of the completion status of the application. Any incorrect or invalid DBS disclosures issued as a result of omissions or errors by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be provided as a result of an inaccurate DBS check which is caused by an act or omission of Sapern HR only where it was preventable through validation in the system.”
